Frequently Asked Questions
How do I sign up for a membership?
You can join online at fittopia.ca/fitnesscenter/membership/join in a few minutes, or in person at 7951 Alderbridge Way, Unit 155, where our team will help you pick the right plan. Existing members change or renew their plan at the front desk.
Can I pause or freeze my membership?
Yes. A membership may have up to two holds per calendar year, each from one week to six months, $10 per month plus taxes, with a $25 administration fee that is waived when 30 days notice is given.
Are there no-contract memberships?
Yes. Our Monthly plan is month-to-month with no long-term commitment. Annual plans offer the best value.
How busy does the gym get during peak hours?
Fittopia Fitness Center has a more exclusive member base compared to large commercial gyms, which means the floor stays manageable even during typical rush hours.
Is the gym easy to get to by transit?
Yes. There are multiple bus stops near our facility, and Lansdowne SkyTrain Station is right in front of Lansdowne Centre, making us very accessible by transit.
Is the facility multilingual?
Yes. Our team includes native speakers of Cantonese, Mandarin, Tagalog, Japanese, Punjabi, and Hindi. Let us know your language preference in advance and we will do our best to match you with a team member who can help.
I am new to the gym. Is Fittopia right for me?
Absolutely. We welcome everyone from first-timers to seasoned athletes. Fittopia is a space where people of all fitness levels can train, grow, and be themselves.
What amenities does Fittopia Fitness Center offer?
Beyond top-tier Arsenal Strength equipment, the facility features a fully renovated space, private training rooms, change rooms, and a members-only lounge. Our community is one of our best amenities.
What are your physiotherapy services?
On-site physiotherapy is available with Winston Yeung. Services include injury rehabilitation, postural correction, and pain management. Book through Jane App.
